Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your location, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products & pricing
We produce items in limited runs. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the physical product. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per order.
Orders & payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is out of stock or payment cannot be verified). Payment is processed securely by Stripe; by paying you authorize the charge for your order total, including shipping and any taxes.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are covered in our Refund & Returns Policy. Both are incorporated into these terms.
Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are owned by Noah Fallu and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to breach its security, scrape it, disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noah Fallu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Noah Fallu operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
