Return & Refund

Because we collaborate with multiple manufacturers—each with their own return policies—eligibility for returns may vary depending on the product and its fulfillment source.
General return guidelines
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@noahfallu.com.
Include the following:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
Return conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn
- In original packaging
- Approved for return in advance via email
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Items worn, stained, damaged, or altered
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Underwear, socks, swimsuits, pajamas, and masks (for hygiene reasons)
- Clearance, sample, or final sale items
- Custom-printed or made-to-order items
- Orders delayed due to customer errors (e.g., wrong address)
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after inspection. Refunds are only issued for items that meet the criteria stated in this policy.
Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled depending on production status:
- If production has not yet started, a full refund may be issued.
- If production has started but the item has not shipped, only the shipping cost may be refunded.
To request a cancellation, email info@noahfallu.com as soon as possible.
Late or delayed orders
Due to variations in production schedules and logistics from our manufacturers, we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates or delivery timelines. Delays may occur and are outside our direct control.
Lost packages
If an order is marked as delivered or is missing in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue where possible.
Jewelry, watches & made-to-order items
These items are custom-made and often personalized; therefore, they follow different guidelines:
- Returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
- If damaged or incorrect, a remake may be issued upon review.
- Refunds may be issued only in store credit, unless a production error occurred on our end.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details prior to ordering.
By purchasing jewelry or custom items, you agree to these conditions.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If an item is eligible for a return, please follow the return instructions above. A new order can be placed once the original item is refunded.
